Job summary

Tithe.ly is seeking a Senior Web Designer to lead website design and CRO efforts from a fully remote US base. You will own conversion optimization across marketing sites and signup funnels, driving experiments, analytics, and design systems to improve acquisition and activation.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS/B2B web design, proficiency with GA4, GTM, VWO, and design tools like Figma and Webflow. Travel is minimal, and you’ll collaborate across Marketing and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and optimizing high-performing marketing websites for SaaS or B2B.
• Proven success improving conversion rates via experimentation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with VWO or similar.
• Strong GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking experience.
• Advanced Figma with design systems, components, variants and tokens.
• Experience building marketing pages in Webflow or CMS.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with HubSpot forms and marketing integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO program across marketing website and signup funnels.
• Develop and prioritize a roadmap of experiments using analytics and heatmaps.
• Design, build, and analyze A/B tests using VWO; implement custom code when needed.
• Define success metrics, assess statistical significance, document learnings.
• Improve website conversion, free trial activation, and free-to-paid conversion.
• Design responsive pages balancing visuals with measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
• Ensure branding, typography, accessibility, and responsive breakpoints.
• Launch pages in Webflow, Unbounce, and evolving platforms.
• Report CRO progress and collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing Ops, Engineering.
