About the Role

As a Senior Web Designer at Salesloft, you will shape our digital story, leading the design of our web presence and creating visually appealing, user‑friendly and effective websites that tell the Salesloft story and drive our marketing efforts. You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team of marketers, developers, and product managers to translate our brand and business goals into compelling digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new web pages and user interfaces, from concept to final hand‑off to engineering/web dev.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand‑off, ensuring a high standard of quality and brand consistency.
• Conduct light user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and optimize the user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, ContentStack, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A solid understanding of user‑centered design and usability principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and other user research methods.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $88,000—$150,000 USD. Total compensation may include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other incentive compensation plans.
