Job summary

OLIVER is seeking a hands-on Web Content Manager in Philadelphia to own web content across client sites. You will work directly in the CMS and Figma, turning requirements into clear pages without routine developer support, and partner with UX/UI, development, marketing and business stakeholders.

You will ensure pages meet UX/UI, accessibility, responsive design and SEO standards, perform QA across devices, and drive governance and continuous improvement across multiple sites and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Build, edit and QA webpages independently in an enterprise CMS.
• Create page designs and layouts in Figma following design systems.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, visually engaging pages.
• Manage day-to-day updates to copy, imagery, links and metadata.
• Ensure pages meet UX/UI, accessibility, responsive design and SEO standards.
• Carry out QA across desktop, tablet and mobile before going live.
• Suggest improvements to components, templates and page experiences.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers on new functionality.
• Coordinate content updates across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Maintain content governance and lifecycle consistency.
• Partner with client teams to align timelines and priorities.
• Use data to drive improvements in client results.
