Job summary

Defined Software Development, LLC in Tallahassee seeks an experienced Internet / Web Architect for a contract consulting opportunity. You will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and related technologies, including converting ASP.NET Web Forms to MVC and optimizing Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle databases and performance tuning.
Minimum 8 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications.
Experience converting ASP.NET Web Forms to MVC.
Strong experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET 4.x, MVC, OOP, Web services, Bootstrap, JS.
Experience with SQL Server and stored procedures.
Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
Experience delivering large enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications.
Develop and maintain Microsoft ASP.NET applications using C#, MVC, and related technologies.
Convert ASP.NET Web Forms applications to MVC.
Develop and optimize Oracle database functions, stored procedures, triggers, packages.
Perform Oracle database performance tuning.
Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures and data-processing solutions.
Collaborate with teams supporting large enterprise projects.
Produce technical documentation, including requirements, designs, and testing documentation.
