Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle DB, functions, stored procedures, triggers, packages, and tuning.
• 8+ years of ASP.NET web app development and MVC conversion experience.
• Familiarity with .NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and reporting tools.
• Experience with enterprise project governance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications and manage overall project planning.
• Provide weekly status reports to leadership and sponsors.
• Ensure technical direction and standards are followed.
• Create project plans and track actual progress against them.
• Document budgets, risk plans, and change control logs.
• Mitigate risk and manage scope, budget, and schedule.
