Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production software with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• End-to-end ownership of features from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Pragmatic approach prioritizing stable, durable solutions over clever but risky ones.
• Bias toward action: break problems into steps, ship incrementally, learn from real usage.
• Clear, direct communication of decisions, trade-offs, and impact to engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful product and technical initiatives end to end, from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to prioritize and trade off features that matter.
• Improve conversion and product experience while maintaining code quality and reliability.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, guidance, and peer learning.
• Lead by example in setting engineering standards and patterns.
