Job summary
Creative Information Technology Inc (CITI) seeks an Application Developer for a hybrid role in Baltimore, MD. You will translate requirements into scalable web applications using Spring Boot, .NET, modern JS frameworks, and cloud services.
You will design, develop, test, and support web sites and applications, ensure WCAG accessibility, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions using Docker/Kubernetes, REST/GraphQL, and AI/LLM integrations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of web development experience with current web tools, servers, and databases.
- 5+ years designing, developing and deploying web sites and/or web applications.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into the design of complex web sites, including integrating pages and applications.
- Apply new technologies to site development including Spring Boot, .NET, modern web frameworks, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Track revision control with Rational ClearCase or other approved tools.
- Design, document, develop, implement, and support JDeveloper applications using Oracle 12c or MSSQL.
- Ensure website enhancements meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility levels A/AA.
