Cognizant in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with Angular and AWS to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications that scale. You will collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

Hybrid role with 3 days in-office in Charlotte; we support work-life balance through wellbeing programs. Expertise in .NET 8+, Angular 17, AWS, SQL databases, and containerized deployments is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing enterprise apps with .NET 8+ and C# 12+.
• 7+ years of experience.
• RESTful APIs and microservices using clean architecture and DI.
• Proficiency with Angular 17, including reactive forms, RxJS, NgRx, and component-driven dev.
• Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL: design, queries, performance.
• Experience deploying apps in AWS: Lambda, ECS, EKS.
• Strong Docker/Dockerized deployments with Kubernetes.
• OO, LINQ, async programming, and solid design practices.
• Agile, collaborative development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using .NET 8+, C#, and clean architecture.
• Build responsive web applications with Angular 17 and RxJS.
• Develop and optimize databases using SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions with modern C# features and DI.
• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native apps on AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS).
• Build and manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement.
