Lead deep-dive analyses to identify friction points, emerging trends, and the underlying drivers of performance. Support experimentation by developing hypotheses, sizing opportunities, defining test metrics, evaluating results, and recommending next steps. Validate analytics implementations and data quality; document tracking requirements and partner with technical teams to resolve gaps or inconsistencies. Create forecasts, benchmarks, and business cases that help prioritize the eCommerce roadmap and investment decisions. Present concise, decision-ready insights to senior leaders and influence action through clear data storytelling. Establish analytical standards, reusable methodologies, and best practices while mentoring analysts and business partners.
