Job summary

Global Dimensions, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Weapons System Analyst to provide advanced research and analysis on foreign and adversary weapons systems, capabilities, and tactics. You will support Red Force simulations, threat modeling, exercises, and operational planning to replicate adversary capabilities and inform vulnerability assessments.

The role requires U.S. Citizenship, TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, and at least eight years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer requirements.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience analyzing relevant to this labor category, with recent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the labor category from a recognized college/university.
• Strong mission knowledge and technical proficiency in weapons systems and threat analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of global threat weapons systems, capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Analyze foreign and adversary weapons systems to assess capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and potential impacts.
• Support exercises, wargames, and planning by providing realistic Red Force capabilities and threat assessments.
• Develop threat laydowns, engagement scenarios, and threat models representing adversary capabilities.
• Collaborate with Blue Force analysts to evaluate friendly vulnerabilities against adversary weapons systems.
• Integrate intelligence from multiple sources to identify threat trends and gaps.
• Develop adversary COAs to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Produce clear, comprehensive analytic products addressing adversary capabilities and implications.
