Castalia Systems is seeking a junior Weapons Systems Analyst to support our Intelligence Client’s mission sets. The role emphasizes evaluating foreign and adversarial weapons systems, threat modeling, and Red/Blue Force exercise inputs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant analytic skills, with the ability to work semi-independently and produce clear, concise reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional 4 years experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to develop structured research and defend analytic judgments.
• Experience applying IC/DoD classification guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign and adversarial weapons systems and provide operational insights.
• Support threat modeling, red force simulations, and exercise planning.
• Research global threat weapon systems and tactics.
• Contribute Red/Blue Force planning input for exercises.
• Develop threat laydowns and engagement scenarios.
• Collaborate with analysts to assess system vulnerabilities and outcomes.
