Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Inventory Manager II for JEB Little Creek–Fort Story, VA. SECRET clearance is required. You will supervise receipt, validation, and reporting of serialized weapons and VAS, ensuring compliance with DoN instructions and WARCOM guidance.

You will plan inventory policies, coordinate with SEAL Teams, and manage deployments and transshipments with NSWC Crane, while maintaining strict control of sensitive materials and records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years NSW experience in weapons or related programs.
• 3 years’ experience with DPAS, ELMS, or similar database.
• Thorough knowledge of security and safety regulations governing weapons movement and storage.
• Ability to travel CONUS for WARCOM meetings.
• Experience shipping sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt and validation of ELMS/DPAS daily desk top audit reports for record reconciliation and inventory accuracy IAW Instruction.
• Plan and provide policy guidance on weapons, VAS, and WEPNAC inventories, assessments, and storage IAW DoN Instructions.
• Submit monthly serialized weapons and VAS reports to the CoC via the Weapons Officer.
• Attend meetings impacting Armory Vault Division operations.
• Manage and reconcile monthly weapons, VAS and WEPNAC inventory and inspections for compliance.
• Supervise SEAL and GM representatives in asset organization and documentation retention.
• Provide customer service to SEAL and GM for issuance and receipt of equipment.
• Manage deployment inventories for SEAL Teams IAW WARCOM Instruction.
• Generate accountability docs for transshipment of weapons/VAS to NSWC Crane for depot repair or replacement.
• Coordinate disposition authority with WARCOM and NSWC Crane transshipments.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure force management equability.
• Supervise local systems that monitor weapon/VAS distribution and control.
• Direct incoming/outgoing weapons, VAS, and WEPNAC shipments and approvals for operations.
• Collect and compile Inventory, Missing, Lost, Stolen and Recovered reports and DD200 investigations.
• Receive, audit, and reconcile annual serialized inventories from NSWC Crane registry.
• Maintain inventory of weapons/VAS/WEPNAC to meet Combat Systems Inspections.
