Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Series 66 (63/65) required during tenure on the job.
• Life & Health Insurance license required during tenure.
• CFP certification is a plus; tuition reimbursement and CFP cohort program available.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial guidance for clients, including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals.
• Proactively engage existing and prospective clients to grow your book of business.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists and follow advice guidelines to inspire client action.
• Build trust and deepen relationships through personalized planning and ongoing outreach.
