Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Consultant to help clients own their financial futures through comprehensive planning, investing, and education guidance. You’ll start with an existing client base and develop relationships using wealth-management training and mentorship.

You’ll complete Wealth Management University, a four-week virtual program, followed by weeklong bootcamp, then ongoing hands-on training with a mentor and branch manager to advance along Schwab’s four-level track.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 license and Life & Health Insurance as required during tenure.
• CFP Certification is a plus; Tuition Reimbursement and CFP Cohort Program available.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Communicate market conditions, investing principles, and wealth strategies to clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships through clear, empathetic guidance.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists to tailor advice and outcomes for clients.
