Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Consultant to help clients own their financial futures through holistic guidance in investing, retirement readiness, and education goals, leveraging planning expertise and empathy.

You will start with an existing book of Schwab clients, build lasting relationships, and advance through a four-level career track with comprehensive training, mentorship, and a performance-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license required during tenure.
• CFP certification is a plus; Tuition Reimbursement and CFP Cohort Program available.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Build strong relationships and guide clients through market conditions, investing principles, and strategies.
• Deliver outstanding investor experience while leveraging Schwab specialists to help clients reach their goals.
