Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced sales consultant to drive wealth management product growth across the Pacific West. You will partner with advisors, field leaders and internal бизнес partners to expand awareness, adoption and sales of wealth management solutions.

You will have significant influence on business outcomes through relationship management, market insight and thought leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years in financial services with a sales focus and deep investment/wealth management knowledge.
Experience in a consultative sales environment with a track record of influencing outcomes and driving growth.
Series 7 license required upon hire.
Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Drive territory sales by developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing advisors through meetings, events and programs.
Apply a consultative sales approach to influence advisor product selection and identify opportunities.
Partner with sales consultants, field leadership, marketing and other stakeholders to execute territory business plans and growth objectives.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive developments, and communicate insights for positioning.
Travel throughout the territory to conduct advisor engagement activities, training, and events.
Leverage CRM tools, sales analytics and proprietary systems to identify opportunities and prepare meetings.
Manage territory operations, scheduling, recognition activities, budgets and follow-up processes.
