Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced sales consultant to drive wealth management product growth across the Pacific West. You will partner with advisors, field leaders and internal business partners to expand awareness, adoption and sales of wealth management solutions.

You will influence business outcomes through relationship management, market insight and thought leadership. This remote role offers base pay with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits program,

Qualifications

10+ years in financial services sales with wealth management product knowledge.
Consultative sales experience with a track record of growth.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Series 7 license required on hire; active securities registration or ability to obtain within 90 days.
IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Drive territory sales results by building relationships with advisors and clients.
Influence product selection and align opportunities with client needs.
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to execute territory plans and growth.
Monitor trends and communicate insights to refine sales strategy.
Travel within territory for advisor engagement, training and events.
Utilize CRM and analytics to identify opportunities and improve effectiveness.
Manage territory operations, scheduling, budgets and processes.
