Job summary

Goldman Sachs Ayco is seeking an experienced Wealth Strategy professional to educate Wealth Advisors on sophisticated wealth transfer and tax-advantaged life insurance strategies. You will work with advisors to design, implement, and optimize planning for high net worth clients.

You will liaise with underwriting and implementation teams, and collaborate with product analysis to refine strategies in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Direct client facing experience and ability to build strong relationships.
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Educate and support Wealth Advisors in planning and implementation of wealth transfer and tax-advantaged life insurance strategies.
• Assess planning opportunities using diverse policy and trust structures.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisor teams to identify planning opportunities.
• Present wealth transfer and tax-advantaged strategies to clients.
• Drive Advisors to prioritize identification and implementation of planning opportunities.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Implementation Teams to execute trusts for policies.
• Partner with Product Analysis Team to adapt portfolio to changes in tax law and product landscape.
• Identify new planning opportunities based on client dynamics and demographics.
• Meet goals set for Wealth Advisors contributing to unit targets.
• Enhance client experience through exceptional service standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentor junior associates.
