PNC Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist based in Pittsburgh, PA (Tower at PNC Plaza). The role focuses on executing complex transactions, supporting multiple products, and driving process improvements in an in-office environment.

You will train new hires, review and ensure compliance, and collaborate with service partners to deliver accurate and timely outcomes. The position emphasizes customer-focused service, risk management, and adherence to PNC's policies.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value.
• May have responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
• Identifies and addresses exceptions.
• Serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions.
• Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or action items to complete transactions.
• Interacts with external customers to complete transactions.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
• Reviews processes and drives improvements and implementation.
• Trains and onboards new hires.
• Reviews transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, conformance to service levels and policies.
• Participates in risk mitigation activities.
