Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required.
• Typically 3+ years related experience or product knowledge.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes routine and complex transactions with standard policies and procedures.
• Identifies and addresses exceptions; may escalate complex transactions.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers; may assist with process improvements.
• Reviews transactions for completeness, accuracy and conformance; may participate in risk mitigation.
