Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Wealth Manager to lead planning, organization, and management of its Wealth Management program in California. The role emphasizes Member satisfaction and growth of full-service investment and retirement offerings.

The ideal candidate will mentor Advisors, manage Wealth Management products, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-department teams to deliver new products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management offered by financial institutions.
• Current knowledge of Federal and State investment laws, rules, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and sales leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Advisors to meet Wealth Management goals and grow sales and services.
• Mentor and coach sales and service results across Wealth Management products.
• Develop and implement training and continuing education programs for team members.
• Organize community seminars on investing, retirement planning, and other financial products.
