Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking an Investment Coordinator to support the Wealth Management team and Members with high‑quality, confidential administrative service. You will handle trade documentation, account updates, and client communications under supervision, while maintaining accuracy and adherence to FINRA and related rules.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong organization, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FINRA, SEC and other self-regulatory regulations.
• Experience with broker‑dealer platforms and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Wealth Management Advisors and Members.
• Process and submit trade documentation to broker-dealer per deadlines.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Coordinate member communications and events for the Wealth Management dept.
