Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Senior Product Manager for Wealth Management to lead product management across CNB's Wealth offerings. You will shape strategies, launch new products, and drive client-centric growth, reporting to the Wealth Management Strategy Manager and collaborating with private banking, trust, and investment teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, market analysis, and delivering compelling wealth management solutions while ensuring competitive advantage and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in Wealth Management (Private Bank and Trust Investment Management, brokerage and RIA/Asset Manager).
• 5+ years of product management, product development, strategic planning experience including client experience, go-to-market strategies, building sales and marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements comprehensive product and program strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
• Develops and launches wealth management products and services meeting client needs and market demands.
• Drive WM fee income by implementing product and program strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Analyze competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track KPIs and analyze data to inform product roadmap.
• Deliver high-quality products and programs to enhance client experience and relationships.
