Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 10 years of experience in Wealth Management (Private Bank and Trust Investment Management, brokerage and RIA/Asset Manager).
• 5+ years of product management, product development, strategic planning including client experience, go-to-market strategies, building sales and marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: develops and implements product/program strategies aligned with objectives and client needs.
• Product Development and Innovation: leads development and launch of wealth management products and services.
• Drive WM Fee Income Revenue: implement strategies to attract and retain clients and drive fee income.
• Competitive Analysis: analyze landscape for differentiation.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: track KPIs and inform roadmaps.
• Enhance Client Experience: deliver high-quality products and programs and strengthen client relationships.
