Qualifications

• A university degree required.
• Proven track record supporting high net worth clients.
• Familiarity with wealth management structures.
• Knowledge of securities-based lending, mortgage banking and private banking products.
• Strong communication and compelling presentation skills.
• Confident, organized and detail oriented.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Curious about applying AI to improve workflows while upholding policies and risk standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisors, key branch personnel and clients
• Promote banking and lending capabilities through branch education, consultation with advisors and guidance to clients
• Partner with other field sales and marketing groups to provide expert content to the branch network and internal sales partners
• Review and analyze origination pipelines, especially mortgage pipelines, of assigned branches and identify ways to improve processes
• Define territory management strategy, tracking and reporting on business results, and sharing outcomes
