Job summary

UBS is seeking a Senior Wealth Management Banker to build trusted relationships with Financial Advisors, branch staff, and high net worth clients, delivering tailored banking solutions in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

You will promote lending capabilities, analyze mortgage pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Willingness to travel up to 75% and interest in applying AI to optimize workflows are valued.

Qualifications

University degree required.
Proven track record supporting high net worth clients.
Familiar with wealth management structure.
Knowledge of securities-based lending, mortgage banking and private banking products; willing to learn mortgage origination.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisors, branch personnel and clients.
Promote banking and lending capabilities through branch education, consultation with advisors and guidance to clients.
Partner with other field sales and marketing groups to provide expert content to the branch network and internal sales partners.
Review and analyze origination pipelines, especially mortgage pipelines, of assigned branches and identify ways to improve processes.
Define territory management strategy, tracking and reporting on business results, and sharing outcomes.
