The role partners with Product Management, business leaders, and IT to ensure data readiness and effective analytics.

You will work in a hybrid environment with office days three per week in St. Petersburg, focusing on data migration, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in a Business/ Data Analyst role preferred.
• Experience supporting legacy data analysis or data migration is preferred.
• Financial services or wealth management knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and validation of business, functional, and data requirements.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support data migration and transformation through mapping, validation, and quality checks.
• Serve as liaison between business operations, Product Management, and IT teams.
• Collaborate on project planning, schedules, and documentation; may lead small projects.
