Responsibilities

• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury relationships.
• Structure and negotiate loan and lease agreements per guidelines.
• Analyze loan terms, pricing, swaps, and documentation.
• Advise clients on Goals-Driven Wealth Management.
• Generate leads through COIs and expand partner networks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to partners and teams.
• Execute large-scale, cross-functional, technically complex activities.
• Balance operational execution with strategic direction for business functions.
• Engage directly with committees and senior management as needed.
• Develop and administer strategic programs within areas.
