The successful candidate translates complex data into actionable recommendations, partnering with Field Sales, Platforms, Marketing, and Product to deliver scalable, AI-enabled insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in distribution intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, client analytics, data science, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. RIA market, including its major business models and platforms.
• Experience supporting asset management distribution, RIA sales, platform relationships, or wealth management organizations.
• Ability to apply AI, automation, predictive analytics, segmentation, or similar techniques to business challenges.
• Strong command of sales metrics such as assets, flows, pipeline, product adoption, and market share.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business & Market Intelligence: translate priorities into measurable objectives, insights, and recommendations.
• Client & Opportunity Intelligence: build segmentation, scoring, and prioritization frameworks based on market potential and client behavior.
• AI-Enabled Sales Execution: apply generative AI and analytics to identification, targeting, planning, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Data & Capability Development: partner with tech and data teams to develop scalable data, analytical, and AI capabilities.
