Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, finance, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Private Markets, distribution models, client segments, and market dynamics.
• Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics, or segmentation to business challenges.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Private Markets leadership, translating priorities into measurable objectives and insights.
• Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and implications for distribution strategy.
