Qualifikationen

• 1–5+ years of experience in wealth management or related client-facing sales.
• Series 65 license preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate financial concepts.
• Experience conducting client meetings and presenting financial solutions.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Confident in presenting financial strategies and guiding clients.
• Willingness to learn established processes and sales methodology.
