Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in wealth management, financial advising, or related client-facing sales role.
• Series 65 license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships using qualified prospects generated through established marketing and lead-generation programs.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' financial goals and priorities.
• Present wealth management and financial planning solutions tailored to client circumstances.
• Lead educational seminars and community presentations to generate awareness and opportunities.
• Guide prospects through onboarding and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships with additional financial planning and investment solutions.
