Advisor Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to lead business development in its Pittsburgh office. Build trusted relationships, educate clients, and deliver tailored financial solutions while leveraging established marketing and warm leads to grow the practice.

This on-site role features a structured training program, collaboration with internal advisors, and a production-based compensation model.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years experience in wealth management or related client-facing sales role.
• Series 65 license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate financial concepts, and develop business opportunities.
• Experience conducting client or prospect meetings and presenting financial solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships by engaging with qualified prospects generated through established marketing and lead-generation programs.
• Conduct initial consultations and discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' financial goals, needs, and priorities.
• Present comprehensive wealth management and financial planning solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Lead educational seminars and community presentations to generate awareness and develop new business opportunities.
• Build trust and establish long-term relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Guide prospects through the onboarding process and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional financial planning and investment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal advisors and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Consistently manage your pipeline, follow up with prospects, and work toward established business development goals.
