TalentWealth Recruiting, a boutique firm partnering with a Pittsburgh advisory practice, is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join their growing team. The role starts in a Service Advisor capacity with mentorship and a structured development program to move toward advisory responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in financial services, strong communication, and licenses or willingness to obtain Series 7/66, insurance, and CFP designation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management.
• Strong communication skills with a client-first, service-oriented mindset.
• Licenses/certifications preferred: Series 7/66, Insurance license, CFP.

Responsabilités

• Support senior advisors in delivering client service and financial planning
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication
• Assist with account management, onboarding, and ongoing service needs
• Participate in advisor development program
• Gradually transition into business development and client acquisition
