Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Wealth Advisor to manage top-tier client relationships in the Miami market, delivering integrated banking, investment, and planning solutions. You will coordinate teams to craft comprehensive plans, review portfolios, and identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.

The role requires experience with HNW clients, deep wealth-management knowledge, and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant wealth management experience.
• MBA preferred; CFA/CFP certification preferred.
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and broad wealth-management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Relationship Manager for assigned HNW/UHNW clients in the Miami market.
• Lead client reviews, develop financial plans, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Drive growth through cross-selling and expanding wallet share within existing relationships.
• Develop and execute business development plans and regional targets.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and ethical standards are followed.
