Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a seasoned Wealth Sales & Service professional in Schaumburg, IL to provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services in collaboration with team members. You will identify client needs, recommend managed products and solutions, and support business development through seminars and referrals.

Role emphasizes relationship management, data-driven insights, and collaboration with internal partners to deliver customer-centric banking and investment guidance.

Qualifications

• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience with related education.
• FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance Producer's License.
• LTC Continuing Education requirements completed.
• Strong knowledge of the financial industry.
• Experience with managed products and fee-based advice.
• Understanding of deposit and loan (including mortgage) products.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of sales and performance targets for asset sales and financial planning.
• Develop business through outbound calls, seminars, and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to generate referrals for banking products.
• Coordinate relationship management plans with lead relationship managers.
• Provide solutions through sales of managed products and services.
• Build dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
