This role will adjudicate complex claims for Arizona and has flexibility for remote work anywhere in the United States. The position offers competitive hourly pay and requires an AZ license at the start. Responsibilities include managing claims, negotiating settlements, and reporting on trends and developments to senior management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in the AZ jurisdiction is required.
• Experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in CA is preferred but not required.
• The ability to read and write English fluently is required.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Manage claims in litigation.
