Job summary

Argonaut Management Services, Inc is looking for a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster for a temporary assignment that allows work from anywhere in the United States. This role involves adjudicating complex claims primarily in Arizona and may include claims from California.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in claims management and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage challenging claims to successful resolutions. A competitive compensation package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in the AZ jurisdiction.
• Experience in CA is preferred but not required.
• Ability to articulate the financial value of work to clients.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims in litigation.
