Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in Arizona.
• Experience in California is preferred but not required.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Report on claims trends and developments to management.
• Investigate and analyze claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims in litigation.
