Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing is looking for an entry‑level PE-I estimator to learn the entire estimating process, from field observations to proposal writing and client interactions. The role supports project engagement from start to finish.

Qualifications include a four‑year degree or two years of college plus Chamberlin experience or five years of construction/sales. Strong communication, document reading, and a valid driver’s license are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalently 2 years college + Chamberlin experience or five years construction experience and/or professional sales and customer relations experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field observations and inspections for estimating.
• Onscreen estimating and proposal writing.
• Detail review, client interactions and association involvement.
• Contract scope verification and project engagement from start to finish.
