Moss-Kelley, Inc. is a UFT company seeking a Senior Sales Representative to own a significant Florida book of municipal water/wastewater accounts, driving revenue via new equipment sales, upgrades, and Vendor Furnish & Install opportunities.

You will mentor junior team members, develop a robust pipeline with engineers and consultants, and coordinate with manufacturers and the Sales Director to deliver proposals and bids. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in municipal water/wastewater, industrial equipment, or technical products.
• Established relationships with Florida municipal customers and strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage large accounts, develop sales opportunities, and close complex sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including overnight stays up to 25%.

• Manage and grow revenue base in assigned territory through new equipment sales, upgrades, and Vendor Furnish & Install opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on high-value territories and accounts.

• Maintain disciplined CRM usage for accurate pipeline forecasting and customer records.
