Job summary

Lumos & Associates is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead and grow our northern Nevada and California practice from the Reno, NV office.

The role requires a Nevada Professional Engineer license (CA license desirable) and 8+ years of related design and management experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to manage projects and develop new business.

Qualifications

• This position requires a PE license in Nevada (CA license desirable).
• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering design and management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for public forums and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the project design team in responsible charge.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Provide coaching and QA/QC of projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and grow business with new opportunities.
• Support business development and proposal preparation.
