Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Water/Wastewater PM/Senior PM in California to lead civil and water resources design from planning through construction. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure client expectations are met on drinking water, wastewater, and recycled water projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related engineering field with a focus in water resources, environmental, or hydraulic engineering
• PE Registration in California or ability to obtain CA registration within 1 yr
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater, stormwater planning, design, and construction administration as a lead design engineer or project manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct design/technical development of infrastructure projects within water/wastewater, stormwater, including supply, storage, collection and distribution, treatment, and pumping/conveyance systems from planning through construction
• Deliver projects within budgets and schedules to client expectations
• Prepare construction documents, plans and specifications; project cost estimates and schedules
• Provide supervision and technical direction to a team of design engineers and staff; coordinate multi-disciplined teams
• Support or lead preparation of proposals and client pursuits; serve as primary client-facing leader and strengthen relationships
