Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Senior Project Manager for municipal/infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on water, stormwater, and parks. You will lead design teams, manage designs through construction, and mentor staff.

You will partner with cities and districts, oversee schedules and budgets, and communicate with regulatory bodies. The role blends leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of utility or public infrastructure experience.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Expertise in stormwater, transportation, and utility design.
• Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements.
• Serve as primary contact to cities, districts, and public agencies.
• Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Help shape community infrastructure across Washington and Oregon.
