Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, etc.).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10–15 years of experience designing & managing water & wastewater projects in commercial/industrial contexts.
• Knowledge of Texas environmental laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend and potentially lead meetings with clients.
• Lead internal engineering and design teams on multi-discipline projects.
• Review team designs and calculations for water/wastewater.
• Oversee permit applications and interface with regulatory agencies.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
