Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within our Industrial Business unit. The role focuses on planning, design, and client relations across the U.S., with hybrid work requiring two days in the office and a footprint across multiple offices including Raleigh and other major cities.

You will provide senior leadership, guide engineering staff, manage scope, schedule and budget, and help grow our client base via technical marketing and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally; travel frequency dependent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater projects as primary PM.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget development and adherence.
• Support client service and business development efforts across the U.S.
