Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in water/wastewater projects to lead planning and design efforts across the United States. The role involves directing project scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring engineering staff and supporting business development activities.

You will collaborate with clients in various industrial sectors, work on diverse projects, and may travel up to 10% or less to client sites and offices across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMI/CCM/DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Travel may be required, domestic and/or international.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and senior leadership to engineering staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget development and monitoring.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist on other projects.
• Support client service leaders with technical marketing across the U.S.
• Build relationships with key clients and participate in professional societies.
