Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects within its Industrial Business unit. You will be the main contact for planning and design of water, reuse, and wastewater initiatives and help with business development across the U.S.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days in-office and may be based in multiple industrial offices across the United States; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience expected.
• Certification in PMP, CCM or DBIA required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency varies by duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater projects as the primary PM.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget development and adherence.
• Perform QA/QC on key deliverables and assist on other projects.
• Support business development and client service leaders across the U.S.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months

PE license (preferred)
