Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking a Principal Consultant (Water/Wastewater Engineering) to lead complex municipal, mining, and water/wastewater projects in Arizona, focusing on regulatory compliance, client relationships, and project success. The role includes mentoring engineers and guiding technical staff.

You will develop design projects, manage hydraulic models, and ensure quality control across reports, with opportunities to grow market share and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• PE license preferred in Arizona.
• 10+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater.
• Expertise in federal and local water/wastewater regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor project teams, including PE's, EIT's, and designers.
• Prepare and review proposals and professional service fees.
• Write, manage, and quality-check engineering reports.
• Develop water/wastewater design projects and hydraulic models.
• Coordinate deliverables with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
