Job summary

LVI Associates in Naples, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large municipal water, wastewater, and underground utility projects across Southwest Florida.

You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships with municipal authorities and engineers. This role offers growth toward senior leadership within a well-established contractor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, or utility construction.
• Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, force mains, and underground infrastructure projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, budgeting, and contract administration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
